1. Defective Items:

If the item received is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund or replacement. Kindly notify us within 3 days of receiving your order (as proved by the postal or courier receipt), along with clear photos and description of the issue.

2. Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind / Personal Preference)

Returns due to personal preference or if you no longer like the item are not eligible for refunds. However, we do allow one-time exchanges for other items of higher value. 

• The original item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
• Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods
